How it works

With our e-commerce add-on, you’ll be able to manage your own catalog of products, including the product pages themselves, categories, checkout and pricing, tax, shipping, and much more. Our e-commerce system is built on the basis of one of the most advanced platforms out there. Accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and a range of other payment methods. You’ll have access to an advanced order management system. Customers will be kept up to date with branded e-mails that notify them of when payment is received, the product is shipped, or when you add a new comment to the order with information such as a tracking number. We will provide materials for training at no extra cost, and if you’d like, we’ll also be happy to arrange for a live webinar for an additional $199.

This add-on is, in addition to normal online stores selling physical products, relevant to companies selling digital content (such as small/local record label companies), or to companies selling travel adventures, such as a guided hike. If a customer orders a digital product, such as a music album, the album will be available for download as soon as the order is complete. For bookable products, such as travel agencies selling guided tours, users will be able to select a time and date in accordance with the availability set by the company. For membership-based businesses, customers can set up their subscription by adding a card that will be used to charge recurring payments automatically, and the user will also have the opportunity to switch membership plans or cancel the subscription at any time using their personal account.
